As a Dental Hygienist, Registered Dental Hygienist, or Pediatric Dental Hygienist, you will help make dental visits reassuring, educational, and even fun for young patients and their families. This in-person opportunity offers the chance to build meaningful patient relationships while working alongside Board-Certified Pediatric Dentists and a supportive team focused on exceptional preventive dental care.

What You Will Do:

• Deliver gentle, age-appropriate dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, fluoride treatments, sealants, periodontal charting, and patient education.
• Help children and families feel comfortable by explaining procedures in a warm, encouraging, and easy-to-understand manner.
• Capture and review digital X-rays, support oral cancer screening, and maintain accurate clinical documentation in Dentrix.
• Partner closely with pediatric dentists and clinical teammates to identify preventive care needs and support individualized treatment plans.
• Use your strong clinical judgment and calm chairside manner to create positive experiences for patients from infancy through adolescence.

What You Bring:

• You hold an active Registered Dental Hygienist license and have completed an accredited dental hygiene education program.
• You maintain current CPR/BLS certification and are committed to patient safety, infection control, and high clinical standards.
• You have hands-on experience providing preventive dental hygiene services, including fluoride treatments, sealants, prophylaxis, and periodontal maintenance.
• You communicate with empathy and patience, especially when helping children and caregivers understand oral health recommendations.
• You are a collaborative, dependable dental professional who thrives in a busy, patient-centered clinical environment.

Preferred Clinical Experience:

• Experience in pediatric dentistry, general dentistry, or family dentistry will help you quickly connect with our young patient population.
• Familiarity with nitrous oxide support, scaling and root planing, and digital radiography is welcomed.
• Experience using Dentrix and confidence with modern dental technology are valued.
