Compensation and Benefits*

* Mileage reimbursement – plus tools to reduce windshield time * Paid training and ongoing mentorship * The visit rate for this role ranges from $40 - $50 per visit

What You'll Do

* Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT * Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain strength and function * Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided) * Be the best part of someone’s day!

What You'll Need

* Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing * BLS CPR certification * Reliable transportation * Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO. Additional offerings may include 401(k), life and disability coverage, voluntary supplemental insurance options, and a company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
