Description

American Traveler is hiring a Night Shift RN for a PCU/MedSurg float position requiring BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications with a compact or PA RN license.

Details

• Float position covering both PCU and MedSurg departments
• Night shift schedule of 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• No block scheduling available
• No on-call requirements
• Each floor has 25 beds
• PCU patient ratio is 5:1 and MedSurg ratio is 7:1
• Uses Meditech EMR system
• Requires working every other weekend and holiday

Requirements

• Active RN license (Compact or PA) currently in hand
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS

Additional Information

• Care for patients across both PCU and MedSurg units as needed
• Holiday coverage required on a rotating basis
