Job Summary and Responsibilities JOIN US NOW as we are seeking a dynamic Phlebotomist who is passionate about the health and well‑being of our patients. Under the direct supervision of the Phlebotomy Supervisor, you will obtain and/or prepare specimens for analysis. Located on the second floor of the MERCY GILBERT MEDICAL CENTER campus, the CLINICAL LABORATORY SERVICES DEPARTMENT is excited to have you join our team. The laboratory plays a critical role in the healing culture of the hospital. Our staff is approachable and supportive, constantly striving to provide the best quality care and implement better ways to do things. We welcome new ideas from our newest employees. We hire generalists who are comfortable in chemistry, hematology, and blood bank, and we perform stat gram stains on site.
