- Mentorship and training provided - new graduates encouraged to apply , even without prior Acute Care experience
- Permanent Role: Work for the hospital system, not a contract company
- CEU Support: $1,200/year to continue professional development
- Sign-on or Relocation Bonus: $10,000
- Loan Forgiveness Bonus: $10,000 (Private or federal loans)
- Full-Time, Permanent Role in a dynamic hospital setting
- 100% Acute Care: Work across ICU, General Med, Stroke, Cardiac, Ortho floors, and more
- Supportive environment with structured mentorship and training programs
- Licensed Physical Therapist with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Open to New Graduates as well as Experienced Therapists seeking growth in a high-acuity hospital environment
- Detail-oriented and analytical while maintaining a clear understanding of the big picture of patient care
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of staff and patients
- Servant-leader mindset - committed to supporting colleagues, patients, and the mission of the hospital
- Passionate about delivering compassionate, evidence-based care in a fast-paced, acute care setting
