Position Overview
We are seeking experienced General Counsels to support a specialized project focused on contract playbooks, negotiation, drafting, and management. In this contractor role, you will apply your legal expertise to help train next-generation AI systems by providing high-quality, real-world input. Your domain knowledge and professional experience will directly shape how AI models learn, reason, and perform across contract-related tasks. No prior AI experience is required; your legal expertise is what matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Create, review, and refine contract negotiation playbooks based on diverse real-world scenarios and company requirements
- Draft, analyze, and annotate a range of commercial agreements, ensuring clarity, precision, and compliance with relevant standards
- Provide expert commentary on best practices for contract management and negotiation strategies
- Curate and supply non-confidential, eligible transaction materials in support of the project's documentation objectives
- Evaluate and optimize existing contract templates, identifying areas to improve efficiency and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with our team to ensure materials meet project guidelines and AI‑training needs
- Deliver high-quality written and verbal feedback to enhance system understanding and output

Preferred Qualifications
- Current or prior experience as a General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel, or Assistant General Counsel with a strong focus on contract negotiation playbooks

- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with attention to detail and clarity
- Knowledge of industry-standard practices for contract review and risk assessment
- Experience developing or utilizing contract negotiation playbooks specifically designed for companies
- Familiarity with document-driven project assignments, including sourcing and submitting eligible materials
- Ability to work independently and deliver concise, actionable insights for AI training purposes
Document Requirements: This role is document-driven and centers on the provision of eligible transaction materials. You will be directly responsible for sourcing and supplying the documents needed for this project.
