Our Delivery Drivers are an important part of our team, helping deliver packages safely and reliably to homes and businesses throughout the community. We provide the vehicle, training, equipment, and support you need to succeed.

Earn $23.25/hour as a Delivery Driver with Peak Prospects!

Peak Prospects is hiring full-time Delivery Drivers at our West Chester, OH location. This is a 4-day work week with 10-hour shifts starting at 9:00 AM. Must be available to work one weekend day each week. Routes may occasionally be completed before the end of the scheduled 10-hour shift.

What You'll Do

• Drive an Amazon-branded delivery van to deliver packages to homes and businesses across the region
• Work independently while following an assigned delivery route
• Use Amazon's delivery app to navigate your route and complete deliveries
• Follow safe driving practices and company performance and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, managers, and Amazon personnel
• Load and deliver packages of varying sizes and weights throughout your route.
• Represent Peak Prospects professionally while wearing an Amazon-branded uniform

This is an active, independent job that keeps you moving throughout the day. You'll spend much of your shift on the road while still having the support of our dispatch and management team.

Qualifications

What You'll Need:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be reliable and have a history of good attendance
• Must be comfortable operating and driving a company cargo van independently
• Must be able to repeatedly lift and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs
• Must be able to enter and exit a delivery vehicle 200+ times per day
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Must be comfortable using a smartphone, GPS navigation, and Amazon's delivery app
• Must be able to complete all necessary onboarding requirements
