Desired Qualifications:

• Valid certification or state licensure as a Surgical Tech/Nursing - ORT
• Prior experience in orthopedic surgical procedures, with a preference for total joint replacement familiarity
• Proven ability to assist in fast-paced, complex OR environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Enthusiasm for collaborating within diverse surgical teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Support surgical teams during orthopedic procedures-including preparation, instrumentation, and sterile techniques
• Anticipate needs of the surgeon and team, especially during total joint replacement cases
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols
• Participate in call rotation as required, ensuring effective response during off-hours
• Contribute to a positive, patient-centered operating room culture
