Schedule: Every Saturday and Sunday Evening Shift, 3 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. (16 hours/week; 32 hours/pay period) Pay Range: LPN - $30.60-41.99 (DOE); RN - $35.10 - $48.17 (DOE) Plus applicable weekend shift differentials Job Description: The Windsor RN/LPN will utilize a systematic approach to nursing by incorporating assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in the practice of nursing. The RN/LPN will provide healthcare to individuals, families, and communities within their scope of practice as defined by the Illinois Board of Nursing and will believe in the values of customer-centered service, stewardship, ethical conduct and reflection, open communication, and fair treatment of all residents, family and team members. Job Requirements/Qualifications: Current RN/LPN license in the State of Illinois Ability to maintain your RN/LPN license as required by the facility or the state Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire Experience caring for residents with Alzheimer and Dementia related diagnosis Experience with PCC, Point Click Care, or ability and willingness to learn.
