Massachusetts Impaired Driving Case Manager
The Massachusetts Impaired Driving Case Manager coordinates and supports participants throughout their program journey, ensuring all required documentation, forms, and program requirements are completed accurately and on time. This role serves as the primary point of contact for participants, providing guidance, tracking progress, maintaining records, and supporting program operations in collaboration with the BestLife Leadership Team, Administrative staff, and Billing department.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while providing excellent customer service to participants.
Pay Rate: $19 - $21 an hour
Open Shift: Monday through Friday 9am-5pm (40hrs)
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for participants from intake through successful program completion.
- Guide participants through enrollment requirements, program expectations, and administrative processes.
- Monitor participant progress and ensure completion of all required program documentation.
- Maintain ongoing communication with participants regarding outstanding forms, requirements, and deadlines.
- Identify missing or incomplete documentation and proactively follow up to obtain necessary information.
- Assist participants in resolving administrative barriers that may delay enrollment or program completion.
- Maintain accurate participant records, files, and tracking systems.
- Utilize Excel tracking spreadsheets to monitor participant status, documentation completion, and program milestones.
- Assist participants with creating and accessing patient portal accounts and completing electronic forms.
- Provide support with patient portal questions, technical issues, and other administrative needs.
- Collaborate with the BestLife Leadership Team, Administrative staff, and Billing department to support daily program operations.
- Coordinate communication with participants regarding billing requirements, payment agreements, and financial documentation.
- Prepare and maintain records and documentation for BSAS program reviews and audits.
- Complete and submit monthly participant status reports to probation departments within established deadlines.
- Support additional administrative projects and program initiatives while providing professional and confidential customer service.
