Job Opportunity – Sterile Processing Technician – Seaside, OR 97138

Start Date: August 10, 2026

Location: Coastal Oregon

Schedule: Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts (07:00 - 17:00). No weekends, no on-call, no floating between units required. 13-week assignment through November 9, 2026.

• Work at a 23-bed Critical Access facility serving adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations
• Comprehensive sterile processing role including endoscope reprocessing, general decontamination, and campus-wide instrumentation sterilization

Requirements:

• Active Oregon state licensure (may submit with pending)
• National certification: CBSPD (Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician) or IAHCSMM/HSPA (Certified Registered Central Service Technician) required
• BLS certification current
• Minimum 2 years of sterile processing experience required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Proficiency in endoscope reprocessing, high-level disinfection, steam sterilization, and aseptic technique
• Experience with automated endoscope reprocessors, scope reprocessing, and various sterilization monitoring systems
• Reliable vehicle required for this assignment
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
