Production Specialist Details:

• Temporary position
• $20.00 to $21.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

• Enter, track, and reconcile production data and generate daily reports.
• Close production batches and audit ingredient and packaging usage for accuracy.
• Receive and process milk and cream deliveries, including lab result entry and discrepancy resolution.
• Perform inventory adjustments for finished goods, packaging, and ingredients based on cycle counts.
• Support plant operations with additional reporting and administrative tasks as needed.

Production Specialist Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing, production reporting, inventory control, or administrative support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to analyze data, reconcile discrepancies, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
