Role Description The Jewelry Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site position located in Cleveland, OH. In this role, the associate greets customers, learns their needs, and provides knowledgeable guidance on jewelry selections, including rings, necklaces, bracelets, and watches. Daily tasks include presenting merchandise, explaining product features and benefits, handling sales transactions, and maintaining accurate records. The associate helps keep displays clean, organized, and visually appealing, and supports inventory checks and special orders. The role also involves building ongoing relationships with clients, following up after purchases, and contributing to a positive, professional store environment.\n

• Ability to stand for extended periods, work weekends or holidays as needed, and collaborate effectively with team members.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales, merchandising, or gemology is a plus.
