Description:

• Shift Details: 12-hour shifts, with day/night rotation, every other weekend, and every other holiday.

• Location Requirement: Candidates residing less than 50 miles from the facility are considered local.

• Experience Requirements:

• 2+ years of acute care experience in an acute medical surgical setting.
• Strong telemetry skills, with the ability to independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips.

• Must pass a telemetry test on the first day with a score of 85% or better.

• Preferred Experience:

• Experience with EPIC.

• Prior travel experience is highly preferred.

• Required Certifications:

• Basic Life Support (BLS).

• Department Details:

• Unit consists of 36 beds.

• Typical patient ratio is generally 1:4 or 1:5.

• Commitment: Dedication to providing an exceptional patient experience with strong multidisciplinary team communication, focusing on patient safety.
