Highlights Pay: $43.00/hour Location: Akron, OH Facility: Cleveland Clinic Akron General Schedule: Per Diem, Night shift What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care to infants in the NICU. Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patients’ conditions. Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs. Requirements Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN program) required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Experience: 2 years of recent related nursing experience required for external applicants. Internal applicants with less than 2 years’ experience may be considered with approval. Licenses & Certifications: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within one year of employment.
