Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse position available in Denver, Colorado. This role involves performing independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions in accordance with accepted practice standards as defined by the state Board of Nursing. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Denver, CO
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: ASN (Associate of Science in Nursing) graduation from an accredited school of nursing, current license as a Registered Nurse in Colorado, BLS certification from the American Heart Association. ACLS, NRP, PALS certifications may be required depending on unit or service.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree of Nursing. Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred.
• Additional Information: The role requires assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, providing health teaching and counseling, executing delegated medical functions, and documenting in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines. May involve floating to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications, as well as being placed on-call during scheduled shifts.
