Community Behavioral Health Case Manager I

Maniilaq Association seeks a Behavioral Health Case Manager I/II/III to provide community-based support services for eligible recipients in Kotzebue, AK. You will help establish and coordinate treatment and social support services to meet recipient needs. Responsibilities include outreach, referrals to therapy and services, coordination of care across providers, and maintaining timely documentation.
