Change Manager - Ecosystem Effectiveness

The Change Manager, Ecosystem Effectiveness supports the design, delivery, and adoption of strategic ecosystem initiatives that require new ways of working across functions, teams, and partners. Working under the direction of the Strategic Director, the role helps translate change strategies into practical actions, stakeholder engagement approaches, interventions, and implementation activities that enable successful adoption and sustained business outcomes.

What are we looking for?

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years of experience in change management, organizational effectiveness, transformation, strategy execution, internal consulting, employee experience, stakeholder engagement, or related fields.
• Experience supporting cross-functional programs or initiatives in a matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build productive working relationships.
• Experience coordinating and executing initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Experience developing communications, engagement plans, workshop materials, presentations, and adoption activities.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments while maintaining strong execution and follow-through.
• Experience designing or implementing creative engagement approaches, collaborative experiences, or innovative ways of driving adoption is valued.

Preferred qualifications :

• Master's degree.
• Change Management certification or related professional training.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Change Enablement & Adoption

• Support the design and execution of change strategies for strategic ecosystem initiatives and transformation programs.
• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption plans that increase awareness, understanding, commitment, and action.
• Identify adoption risks, barriers, and opportunities and recommend practical mitigation actions.
• Monitor and assess change readiness, stakeholder sentiment, and adoption progress throughout program delivery.

Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships across R&D, Commercial, Supply, Sustainability, Digital, and external partners.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand needs, concerns, dependencies, and potential impacts of change initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and engagement activities that promote alignment and collaboration.
• Act as a trusted partner to initiative leaders, helping navigate stakeholder dynamics and organizational complexity.

Intervention Design & Ways of Working

• Design and coordinate interventions that support behavioral change, team effectiveness, collaboration, and organizational adoption.
• Help identify and implement creative, innovative, and practical approaches to change that move beyond traditional communication and training tactics.
• Support the development of tools, resources, and experiences that enable individuals and teams to successfully adopt new ways of working.
• Capture lessons learned and continuously improve approaches to change and adoption.

Program Execution & Delivery

• Translate strategic direction into detailed actions, plans, deliverables, and follow-through activities.
• Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders and workstreams to ensure timely execution.
• Track actions, dependencies, milestones, decisions, and risks associated with change initiatives.
• Prepare concise updates, presentations, materials, and insights for leadership and stakeholder discussions.

Measurement & Insights

• Support the development and tracking of ecosystem effectiveness, adoption, engagement, and organizational health indicators.
• Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform change strategies and interventions.
• Develop reports, summaries, and insights that help leaders understand progress and areas requiring additional focus .

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
