3rd Shift Press Operator
Pay
20.85 per hour with increase opportunities through DH after 90 days
Shift
Sunday through Thursday 10PM to 6AM
Overtime available during the week and on weekends
Job Summary
A company in Avilla, IN is looking for a 3rd Shift Press Operator to support rubber molding operations. This role involves operating press machines, ensuring product quality, and working in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Operate rubber molding press machines to produce valve seal components
Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products
Inspect parts for quality and ensure they meet production standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
Meet daily production goalsWork Environment
Hot manufacturing environment
Repetitive work with a focus on quality and consistency
Standing for long periods
Physical Requirements
Lift up to 25 pounds as needed
Push and pull up to 50 pounds
Frequent use of hands for small parts
Ability to stand bend and move throughout the shift
Qualifications
Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work overtime as needed
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
PPE Requirements
Tennis shoes required
Safety glasses required
