Your New Role

• Lead an HVAC installation team on residential and/or light commercial projects in Chesterfield, Virginia

• Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes

• Start up, test, and commission newly installed HVAC equipment

• Oversee job site productivity while maintaining high standards for workmanship and safety

• Coordinate installation activities to ensure projects stay on schedule

• Train, mentor, and support team members in installation best practices

• Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate project updates as needed

• Troubleshoot installation challenges and ensure systems operate correctly before project completion

• Deliver excellent customer service while representing Bradley Mechanical professionally

• Minimum 4+ years of professional HVAC installation experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading an HVAC installation team is required

• EPA Certification preferred (If you can get certified shortly after hire)

• Professional-level HVAC training or equivalent experience

• Strong knowledge of HVAC installation, system startup, and equipment commissioning

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Ability to maintain high-quality workmanship while working efficiently

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to safely lift equipment and work in a physically demanding environment

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
