Senior Mobile Engineer

Position Overview

Scroll is a Layer 2 scaling solution for Ethereum, specifically focusing on zkRollups. Key aspects of Scroll are zkRollup technology, Scalability, Efficiency, Security, and Developer‑friendly. Overall, Scroll plays a crucial role in addressing Ethereums scalability challenges and facilitating the growth of decentralized finance (DeFi) and other blockchain-based applications by providing a scalable and efficient Layer 2 solution.
Responsibilities

Lead the mobile app architecture (React Native managed by Expo + EAS Build) and feature delivery.
Integrate blockchain SDKs, APIs, and authentication.
Maintain performant, reliable UI on both iOS and Android.
Implement and optimize native modules (Swift/Kotlin) as needed.
Ensure release stability through CI/CD and code reviews.
Requirements

Expertise in React / React Native and JavaScript / TypeScript.
Familiarity with Swift or Kotlin.
Comfortable diving into source code of emerging technologies to understand core principles and apply insights in practice.
Proven track record shipping apps used by large user bases.
Strong sense of design quality and attention to detail.
Fluent in English and Chinese.
(Bonus) Experience with blockchain SDKs, wallets, or Web3 libraries (privy, viem, etc).
