Lead AI UX Designer

Lead AI-driven UX design and help shape the future of agentic interfaces in the financial services industry!We are seeking a Lead AI UX Designer to operate at the intersection of design craft and AI-augmented delivery. In this role, you will own the end-to-end experience design for enterprise agentic interfaces — including conversational workflows, multi-step task orchestration and trust-calibration patterns. This involves building systems where AI agents discover information across fragmented sources, navigate governance and surface decision-ready context.In this role, you will lead a standalone, highly visible design pod for a leading global financial services firm, consult directly with stakeholders, present experience frameworks and prove the efficiency of AI-driven methodologies; a unique opportunity to shape a nascent agentic experience framework while delivering production-ready designs that maintain coherence across multi-agent interactions.As a leader, you treat AI tools the way a power user treats a codebase — orchestrating workflows, iterating rapidly and applying human judgment. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $135,000 - $185,000.
