Job Title

Respiratory Therapist – Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Rotating Shift (Days and Nights, 3x12-Hour Shifts) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services autonomously within a Level 3 NICU environment
• Support respiratory care needs within a Level 2 regional trauma center
• Float internally between departments as needed based on unit acuity and staffing requirements
• Adapt to rotating day and night shift assignments as determined by unit scheduling needs
• Commit to working designated holidays as required per scheduling agreements

Required Qualifications

• Active Washington State Respiratory Therapist license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Minimum of 1 year of respiratory therapy experience
• Demonstrated ability to work independently within a Level 3 NICU
• Experience supporting care in a Level 2 regional trauma center setting
• Must be available to work every other weekend per scheduling requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a travel or contract capacity within a NICU or trauma center
• Comfort with variable shift assignments and flexible scheduling across departments
