A- Shift Maintenance Electrical Technician 6

Job Summary This position will perform troubleshooting and repair, and provide technical support for all phases of the operation. The role requires proficiency in electrical controls, fluid power, mechanical systems, and manufacturing processes, and functions effectively in a team environment while interacting productively with all levels of management and operations. Shift Shift A: 4:30AM – 2:00PM Responsibilities Perform troubleshooting and repair of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. Provide technical support for all phases of operation. Operate PLC systems and control data collection instrumentation. Apply lockout/tagout procedures and electrical safety standards. Use SAP Plant Maintenance for asset management and maintenance planning. Assist with maintenance of mechanical components such as bearings, gears, clutches, belts, and seals. Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic components and systems. Qualifications Education: Associate Degree in Electronic Technology or closely related field preferred; or combination of education and experience. Experience: Demonstrated skills in AC/DC circuits, industrial electrical systems, PLC operation, and mechanical maintenance. Knowledge of electronic devices such as industrial semiconductors, solid‑state drives, and industrial control systems. Proficiency with Windows software (Outlook, Excel, Word) and SAP Plant Maintenance. Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities. Background in safety and lockout/tagout processes. Preferred: microprocessor interfacing, servo‑motor technologies, and advanced PLC programming.
