Our literacy program is grounded in the Science of Reading and integrates structured literacy, rich literature, meaningful writing, vocabulary development, and joyful learning. Our curriculum, instructional resources, and lesson framework are thoughtfully developed and provided, allowing teachers to focus on teaching rather than creating lessons from scratch. What You'll Do

• Teach English Language Arts to students in Grades 1–5.
• Deliver explicit, systematic, evidence-based literacy instruction.
• Foster a lifelong love of reading, writing, and language.
• Differentiate instruction for small, readiness-based groups.

Preferred Qualifications

• Florida teaching certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, Reading, English, Language Arts, or a related field.
• Experience teaching elementary literacy or English Language Arts preferred.
• Knowledge of the Science of Reading, structured literacy, and evidence-based reading instruction is highly desirable.
• Experience differentiating instruction for diverse learners is a plus.

Compensation

• $25–$28 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
• Full-time preferred; part-time applicants are also encouraged to apply.
• Optional one-to-one afternoon tutoring opportunities are available.
