Registered Nurse - Supervisor/Charge Nurse for Med Surg and ER

Location: Hamburg, IA

Specialty: Emergency Room (ER)

Position Type: Travel

Contract Duration: 14 - 26 weeks

Compensation: $1963 - $2365 | Shift: 3x12 Nights (7 PM - 7 AM)

Our organization is on the lookout for a committed Supervisor/Charge Nurse to join our team, bringing compassion and expertise to the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise nursing personnel in both Med Surg and ER departments.
Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and standards.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care outcomes.
Develop and oversee the implementation of patient care plans.
Engage in staff training and professional development initiatives.
Maintain precise and timely documentation of patient care activities.

Qualifications:

Active RN license.
Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC.
Experience in OB/Newborn Stabilization is advantageous.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant setting.
