From ensuring essential supplies are stocked to supporting patient care teams, your work directly impacts the quality of care patients receive every day. If you enjoy staying organized, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a team that makes a difference—this role is for you.Supply & Inventory ManagementReceive, verify, and distribute medical supplies across hospital and clinic areasMaintain inventory levels by restocking carts, cabinets, and supply roomsMonitor for expired items, manage overstock, and perform cycle countsTransport & LogisticsSafely transport supplies, equipment, and materials throughout the hospitalHandle items such as oxygen tanks, lab specimens, and medical recordsSupport timely delivery to ensure uninterrupted patient careOrganization & ComplianceKeep supply rooms clean, organized, and audit-readyEnsure compliance with safety standards and Joint Commission requirementsSystems & TechnologyUse inventory systems (e.g., Workday MMIS, Par Excellence) to manage orders and inventoryTroubleshoot discrepancies and support recalls or returnsTeam Collaboration & SupportPartner with clinical teams to optimize supply usage and workflowsAssist with training and mentoring new team membersContribute to process improvements and departmental initiativesWhat You BringEducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent (required)ExperienceExperience with inventory or supply chain systems preferredHealthcare or hospital experience is a plusSkills & StrengthsStrong organization and attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced settingBasic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)Effective communication and teamwork skillsAdaptability and problem-solving mindsetWhy Join UsBe part of a mission-driven healthcare organizationPlay a key role in supporting patient care behind the scenesOpportunities to learn, grow, and develop new skillsWork alongside a collaborative and supportive teamAdditional InformationThis role may include additional responsibilities as needed.
