Restaurant General Manager

What you'll do The Role: Full Ownership of the Business As General Manager, everything inside the four walls is yours to lead—people, performance, culture, and results. You will: Build, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership and crew team Set expectations, hold accountability, and elevate talent Execute Wendy’s operating systems with discipline and consistency Drive sales through operational excellence and team engagement Own controllable costs and profitability Analyze and manage the restaurant’s P&L Ensure full compliance with food safety, labor, and legal standards Create a culture where guests return and employees grow This is not a role where success is handed to you—you create it. What you can expect We pay for results—and we’re transparent about it. Monthly performance bonus up to $1,000 (based on controllable results) Total annual compensation potential: $74,000 – $82,000+ Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Rx insurance (eligible after 30 days) Retirement plan with company match Paid vacation and sick time Thanksgiving & Christmas OFF and PAID Free meals every shift Recognition programs, incentives, and performance contests This role is designed for operators who want ownership, accountability, and upside—not micromanagement. Competitive base salary: $62,000 – $70,000 What we expect from you This is not an entry-level position.
