Overview Holding Hands is currently looking for a full-time Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Program Coordinator who shares our vision of providing high-quality ABA services to new regions and markets in the United States. Department: Clinical Location: Burbank, CA Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 / year Description: Holding Hands is seeking a full-time ABA Program Coordinator to establish and lead a team of quality clinicians, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Associate Clinical Supervisors (ACSs) or other mid-level supervisors, and Behavior Technicians (BTs). The role focuses on delivering high-quality programming while adhering to BACB ethics and Holding Hands policies, and ensuring compassionate, respectful treatment of clients and families. This position is responsible for providing training and quality assurance to ABA programs at the assigned clinic. The Program Coordinator will conduct on-site QA checks during direct supervision, parent training, intake assessments, and therapy sessions. The role includes setting weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals for clinic supervisors and ensuring top-notch programming, parent training, and service delivery for every client and family. The Regional Director oversees the Program Coordinator. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of clinicians (BCBA, ACS, BT); recruit, motivate, and develop internal and external talent for local clinics. Provide clinical and administrative oversight to BCBAs and ACSs in the home clinic and assist with urgent clinical matters. Maintain at least 30 billable hours per month to monitor quality assurance (QA). Perform QA of clinical treatment plans, client paperwork, reports, sessions, and billing; conduct observations of supervisory staff and QA checks on direct supervision, parent training, intake assessments, and therapist training/mentorship. Ensure BCBAs and ACSs provide high-level clinical assessment and programming; ensure high-quality behavior intervention plans for all clients. Problem-solve to achieve the best outcomes; support clients showing regression or lack of progress. Monitor supervisor contract fulfillment and ensure fulfillment requirements are met by supervisors and ACS staff. Collaborate with the Office Manager and Scheduler to align client schedules with treatment across direct treatment, supervision, and parent training. Ensure all parent training is conducted at appropriate levels of care and that clients receive necessary recommendations and hours of parent training. Serve as a liaison among BCBAs, ACSs, BTs, clients, caregivers, HR, Billing, Credentialing, Admissions, and Training; monitor schedules to follow ethical billing policies. Conduct monthly supervisor performance reviews and provide feedback on billable and non-billable hours. Provide supervision hours for BCBA candidates as appropriate. Conduct quarterly and yearly supervisor evaluations; help manage balanced case assignments for BCBAs and ACSs. Collaborate with Admissions and Regional Director regarding prospect pipeline. Assist new clients in starting services timely and manage the clinic ABA waitlist. Stay current with ABA research; conduct at least one CEU per year for the ABA team and participate in regular training and case study review calls with the Clinical Department. Assist recruiting with interviews and collaborate on hiring needs for the home clinic. Assist with implementing goals, objectives, policies, and procedures; oversee clinic compliance with legal policies and board standards. Support client terminations for the assigned clinic. Provide ongoing support, mentorship, and performance evaluations for direct reports. Assist the Office Manager/Scheduler and Regional Director with employee relations as needed. Assist in parent training and supervision when appropriate; assist with onboarding and training of new BCBAs and ACSs. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise A BCBA certificate is required with at least 3 years of field experience; 2 years of management experience is preferred. Ability to exercise sound judgment in decision-making. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent customer service skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Solution-focused problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of clinical field policies and procedures. Ability to delegate tasks and action items. Compassion for working with a diverse client and staff population. Empathy with firmness when needed. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Completion of 8-hour supervision CEU.
