Assistant Restaurant Manager

Compensation $18.40 - $20.45 per hour. Commission details: Exempt: $0.50 to $10.00 per Membership sold and $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass sold, paid bi‑weekly. Non‑Exempt: $2.00 to $8.00 per Membership sold and $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass sold, paid bi‑weekly. Responsibilities Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and upholding product and guest service standards. Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing, and motivating the team to meet company and guest expectations. Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and well‑run environment. Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management. Take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) in one of four areas, rotating through each over time: The Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom. High‑school diploma or GED required. At least 21 years old (RVP approval may allow younger applicants per local law for alcohol duties). One (1) year of experience managing people, preferably in food service, or at least six (6) months as an Opening Coordinator. Essential Job Functions & Work Environment Lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds. Stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat throughout the shift. Work in an environment with flashing/flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, wet or humid conditions, and extreme heat or cold.
