Principal Data Analyst

As a Principal Data Analyst on the Product Optimization team, this full-time salaried position will analyze complex healthcare revenue cycle data to inform product decisions, leveraging advanced SQL and big-data tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive measurable improvements in customer outcomes. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain expertise in the Insurance Discover product and its operational processes Analyze large datasets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for product performance enhancement Translate technical findings into actionable recommendations and executive-ready narratives for stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred 6+ years of experience in data analytics, particularly in healthcare analytics or revenue cycle analytics Advanced SQL skills and experience with big-data environments such as Databricks or similar platforms Strong statistical foundation with practical experience in various analytical techniques Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
