Housekeeping Supervisor

The Housekeeping Supervisor is primarily responsible for ensuring standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness are maintained throughout the hotel. This leader manages the housekeeping and laundry departments efficiently and controls costs by performing the following duties. Responsibilities: • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to promote a positive work environment and high performance. • Conduct inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure adherence to quality and cleanliness standards. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. • Monitor and manage labor productivity and department costs, adhering to budgeted guidelines. • Oversee inventory and supply management, ensuring adequate stock levels while adhering to budget guidelines.
