We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Regional Director of Fitness (RDF) to lead Personal Training operations across multiple Crunch Fitness locations. This position is designed for an experienced fitness sales and operations leader who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and has a proven ability to develop leaders, grow revenue, and execute at a high level.

Position Overview

The Regional Director of Fitness is responsible for the overall performance, profitability, staffing, and leadership development of Personal Training departments throughout an assigned region.

This individual will provide direct leadership, coaching, and accountability to Personal Training Directors (PTDs) while partnering with General Managers and regional leadership to execute company initiatives, maximize revenue opportunities, and maintain operational standards.

Success in this role requires a leader who can drive results through people, establish a culture of accountability, and consistently turn business strategies into measurable performance.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Performance & Revenue Growth

• Drive Personal Training revenue, new client acquisition, recurring revenue growth, and overall department profitability across assigned locations.

• Establish and execute regional sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed company performance targets.

• Monitor key performance indicators, including CrunchONE Kickoff completion and conversion, new member enrollment, EFT growth, client retention, and Personal Training production.

• Analyze performance trends, identify opportunities, and implement actionable plans to improve underperforming locations.

• Lead daily and weekly performance accountability with Personal Training Directors.

Leadership Development & Accountability

• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing Personal Training Directors and future fitness leaders.

• Establish clear performance expectations and hold leaders accountable for staffing, sales execution, operational standards, and results.

• Conduct regular business reviews, performance evaluations, and field visits to drive consistent execution.

• Build a strong leadership pipeline through ongoing development, succession planning, and internal promotions.

• Foster a competitive, results-oriented culture focused on continuous improvement.

Recruiting & Staffing

• Own regional Personal Training staffing strategies to ensure locations are appropriately staffed to support business growth.

• Drive consistent recruiting activity, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding execution.

• Partner with club leadership to maintain an active pipeline of qualified Personal Trainers and leadership candidates.

• Monitor staffing productivity and implement strategies to improve trainer utilization and retention.

Operational Excellence

• Ensure consistent execution of company Personal Training sales processes, policies, and operational standards.

• Oversee successful implementation of company training programs, onboarding initiatives, and leadership development tools.

• Partner with General Managers, Regional Directors, and corporate leadership to align Personal Training performance with overall club objectives.

• Utilize business intelligence, reporting, and performance management tools to make data-driven decisions.

• Maintain accountability for client experience, scheduling, service delivery, and retention.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful multi-unit leadership experience in fitness, Personal Training, sales, or a related performance-driven industry.

• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving sales conversion, and achieving business objectives.

• Demonstrated success recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing sales and management teams.

• Strong understanding of sales management, business operations, financial performance, and KPI accountability.

• Ability to analyze business performance and translate data into effective action plans.

• Exceptional communication, coaching, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned region.

• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and personal accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Regional Fitness Director, District Fitness Manager, or comparable multi-unit leadership position.

• Experience overseeing Personal Training departments within a large fitness organization.

• Knowledge of recurring revenue models, membership conversion, client acquisition, and retention strategies.

• Experience leading operational change, developing leadership talent, and scaling business performance.
