Overview We are seeking qualified independently licensed therapists to provide comprehensive behavioral health services in SNFs. You can work as a W2 employee or an independent contractor, with flexible scheduling, caseload, and hours. Responsibilities Conduct diagnostic evaluations, diagnoses, psychotherapy, and treatment planning in-person and via telehealth. Complete documentation promptly in our EMR system (Athena I). Adhere to agency policies and procedures.
