Delta Defense seeks a Member Engagement Sales & Service Advisor to support USCCA members in our high-energy Customer Service & Support team. In this hybrid role, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, email, and chat to educate prospects and members on USCCA memberships, self-defense training, and insurance benefits. You’ll provide exceptional service, resolve issues, and use consultative selling to drive membership growth and retention.
