Sinai Hospital's Orthopedic Unit is a 50-bed acute care medical/surgical unit that partners closely with the Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopedics for pre- and post-surgical care. Professional development includes telemetry classes, stroke training, and trauma courses, giving nurses room to build skills across orthopedics and beyond. 8-bed stroke center 8-bed joint and spine center 4-bed close observation area Summary As a member of the patient care team, provides safe, age-appropriate patient care and functions as an advisor and, resource for patients and their families.
