The team partners with clinicians, telehealth platforms, and healthcare organizations to support individualized treatment plans in areas such as hormone optimization, metabolic health, and longevity-focused care. With both sterile and non-sterile compounding capabilities and appropriate state licensure, Cadre Labs serves patients and providers across multiple jurisdictions. The pharmacy is LegitScript-certified, underscoring strong commitments to transparency, compliance, quality, and patient safety. Cadre Labs also focuses on efficient, scalable pharmacy operations to help clinicians spend more time on direct patient care.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pharmacist role based in Nashville, TN. The Pharmacist will be responsible for verifying prescriptions and ensuring all medications meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing patient profiles, checking for drug interactions, counseling clinicians and support staff on appropriate therapy and dosing, and maintaining accurate documentation for all compounding activities. The Pharmacist will collaborate with clinicians, telehealth partners, and internal team members to support individualized treatment plans and contribute to workflow optimization and continuous quality improvement. The role also includes participation in inventory management, adherence to USP and state board requirements, and support for audit readiness and compliance initiatives.QualificationsActive Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent degree and an unrestricted Pharmacist license in Tennessee (or eligibility for licensure transfer).Experience or training in sterile and non-sterile compounding, with strong knowledge of USP guidelines (e.G., USP , , ).Demonstrated ability to verify prescriptions, assess drug interactions, and ensure appropriate dosing and therapy selection.Strong attention to detail, accuracy in calculations, and commitment to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clinicians, telehealth partners, and internal pharmacy staff.Comfort with using pharmacy management systems, EMR/EHR platforms, and technology-enabled workflows.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency.Prior experience in a compounding pharmacy setting is preferred, but not required.Willingness to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and to participate in ongoing professional development.
