Facility Operations Specialist

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Working directly with customers to ensure work efforts meet facilities operation requirements; Applying technical principles, directives, and methods of facilities management to maintain facilities and facility equipment in good working order; Evaluating service requirements and demands to determine funding for facilities and equipment using cost estimates and cost analysis techniques; Identifying, prioritizing, and initiating projects to be placed on Maintenance Action Plans (MAPs) and Maintenance Execution Plans (MEPs) and Long Range Maintenance Plan (LRMP) for assigned facilities and programs.
