What You’ll Do

As a Lead Technician , you’ll be the face of our company in the field. This role gives you ownership of your route, your customers, and your day. You will:

• Run your assigned service route with confidence and efficiency
• Train new hires and teach them basic protocols
• Deliver high-quality mosquito and pest treatments that keep homes protected
• Build strong customer relationships through dependable service and clear communication
• Keep detailed service records and follow established treatment protocols
• Maintain your equipment and vehicle to company standards
• Identify opportunities to educate customers on additional services
• Problem-solve on the fly like the seasoned pro you're becoming

• A High School diploma or GED
• 1–3 years of pest control experience preferred (but we train the right person)
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• A team-first attitude and a desire to grow with a fast-moving company
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends when needed
