Starting wage dependent on experience Responsibilities The primary responsibilities of the Store Manager position include but are not limited to: Lead the team on creating a ‘Customer First’ culture in the store Hold weekly management team meetings and monthly store meetings to encourage people to speak-up, give feedback and follow-up Keep store positions filled with fully trained management and Team Members Keep an eye on work fam compliance with Sheetz policies, procedures and programs Achieve BIG profitability goalz through monitoring and analyzing business processes and results Measure work fam performance against mission critical goals Develop a bond with the local community to establish positive relationships, development and store success Jump in as a leader for special programs or assignments, as needed Overview We like to think of the folks working inside any Sheetz store as onebig,FUNteam.
