Daily Responsibilities: Conducting history and physical exams on pediatric patients Providing primary care services to children and adolescents Performing suturing, foreign body removal, thoracentesis, and other minor procedures Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans Educating patients and families on preventive care and wellness Required Skills: APRN certification Experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner DEA License American Nurses Credentialing Center certification Master of Science in Nursing degree Nice to Have Skills: Experience in Occupational Medicine (Occ Med) Certification as an Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Salary and Benefits: The salary for this position ranges from $140,000 to $167,000 annually.
