Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. Position Details: Additional Job Description Nurses work 12-hour shifts 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am with rotational weekends. Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current LPN license within the hiring state in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements within 90 days of graduation. • Experience: Can be new or experienced LPN Must be LPN-IV Certification issued by the Missouri State Board of Nursing. Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire. Unit Information: Surgical Trauma \"3A\" is a 33-bed unit, fast-paced med-surg telemetry unit which focuses on adult post- operative and trauma patients. Nurse patient ratios are: Days 5:1, Nights 6:1.
