Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive customer experience in every interaction
• Deepen customer relationships by offering additional products
• Provide excellent service through payment processing and claims reporting
• Conduct needs-based policy reviews and update coverage as needed
• Prospect and generate new business through leads and referrals
• Generate quotes at a high volume
• Maintain accurate documentation within agency systems
• Maintain all required licenses
