Senior Salesforce Administrator Developer The Executive Office of Education is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator Developer to support critical enterprise initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic Salesforce professional who goes beyond implementing requirements to understand the underlying business need. They can translate business objectives into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions, favoring configuration over customization whenever possible. They can confidently assess and enhance vendor-delivered solutions, challenge assumptions constructively, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve the overall application architecture. They think beyond individual features to create scalable, intuitive solutions that support long-term business goals.

• Serves as primary System Administrator for the Salesforce environments.
• Handles all administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
• Responds to end user issues, enhancement requests and other administrative needs.
• Coordinates the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.
• Manages the integration of applications connected to Salesforce.
