Bolero Restaurante at Europa Village takes our guests on a culinary journey throughout the country of Spain. Our menu celebrates the centuries old tradition of dining together, tapas style.

Europa Village is looking for a part-time Restaurant Host. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service with an out-going, self-motivated and energetic personality. Fine dining experience is a plus. Strong customer service is a must.

Restaurant Host Reports to:

• Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities Specific to the Restaurant Host:

• Possess and live Europa Village core values
• Greets guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact
• Interacts with guests as they arrive and leave the restaurant to ensure positive dining experience
• Accurately quotes wait times if applicable
• Ability to use the reservation system to track table availability
• Assigns tables to guests depending on party size and server availability
• Escorts guests to assigned table, presents menus and announces the server's name
• Ability to answer guests questions in a warm and professional manner
• Ability to clearly communicate guests needs to servers, bussers and managers as necessary
• Other duties as assigned

Expectations of the Restaurant Host:

• Create and foster an environment of "teamwork" by helping guests or fellow employees without a second thought
• Comfortable working on feet for long periods of time
• Able to communicate Europa Village's story
• Arrive at work prepared with excellent personal presentation standards and clean, pressed uniform and appropriate shoes
• Adhere to Europa Village's policies and procedures
• Must be available to work holidays and weekends

Compensation: $16.90 per hour
