This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing details, and contributing to successful event experiences. Responsibilities Assist with event planning, scheduling, and coordination. Support event setup, registration, guest assistance, and breakdown. Prepare event materials, supplies, signage, and informational resources. Communicate with attendees and team members regarding event details. Help maintain event schedules, timelines, and documentation. Provide professional assistance to guests and participants. Assist with on-site event logistics and coordination. Help maintain organized and welcoming event spaces. Support administrative tasks related to event activities. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities. Positive, dependable, and professional attitude. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Basic computer and administrative skills. Flexible and adaptable approach. Previous event, hospitality, or customer service experience is helpful but not required. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Entry-level candidates are welcome; training provided.
