Opensity Solutions is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Service Specialist. Service Specialists provide a variety of support within our client locations. They cross train in multiple service areas such as filing, reception, hospitality, records, copy, mail, or other positions as applicable. Service Specialists are expected to provide support to all requests and flex services with a "can do" attitude and philosophy. This position requires a team player mentality, ability to deliver on service commitments timely, and communication skills both with our internal team and our client staff. Essential Job Functions Office Services Support Oversee daily office services functions, including mail, shipping, copying, printing, scanning, and document handling. Perform critical print services, including proficient copying, rigorous quality control checks, meticulous record log maintenance, precise binding, hole punching, stapling, and basic copier maintenance. Facilitate essential mail services, encompassing accurate sorting and distribution of interoffice mail, timely execution of internal mail runs, and proficient operation of postage equipment for outgoing mail processing. Manage outgoing shipments, courier requests, and vendor coordination. Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment. Assist and provide backup to Catering/Hospitality and Reception team members when needed. Other duties as assigned. Client Experience Ensure warm and personalized interactions with all stakeholders, creating lasting impressions which reflect the company's commitment to exceptional service. Anticipate guest needs and preferences, proactively helping and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their stay. Continuously monitor guest feedback and reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to enhance guest experiences. Position Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of experience. Ability to understand client inquiries and provide timely, effective responses. Experience in using Microsoft Office products and applications. Understands the importance of delivering added value to clients. Team player who can keep a positive attitude, motivate peers, and build relationships. Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of any client information. Displays a pleasant and cheerful disposition at all times. Experience in a law firm, corporate office, or professional services environment preferred. Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater. Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs. Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time. Ability to work overtime as needed. Hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch. Compensation The Compensation range for this role is up to 25.00 USD per hour. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
