Registered Nurse, Full-Time Day Shift

As a Registered Nurse on our day shift team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional medical care and attention to our residents. Our modern and comfortable facility, located in Lake Worth, Florida, is staffed by a team of caring professionals who are committed to providing personalized care and support.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to a diverse population of residents with varying needs and conditions
Assess and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to ensure prompt intervention and treatment
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination
Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of care delivery
