Job Description

Skillbridge Academy is seeking a professional and personable Client Experience Coordinator to help ensure every client interaction is organized, responsive, and positive.

In this role, you will serve as an important point of contact for clients, assisting with inquiries, coordinating communication, maintaining accurate information, and supporting day-to-day client experience operations.

The ideal candidate is organized, attentive, dependable, and comfortable communicating with different people while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client questions, requests, and general support.
• Provide professional, friendly, and timely communication throughout the client experience.
• Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, internal requests, and client-related activities.
• Maintain accurate client information, records, and documentation.
• Assist clients with understanding available services, processes, and next steps.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are handled efficiently.
• Monitor outstanding requests and follow up when necessary.
• Identify opportunities to improve the overall client experience.
• Support administrative and operational activities related to client services.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail in all interactions.

• Competitive Salary: $55,000 – $61,000 per year.
