Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Sales Representative role based in Tampa, FL. The Insurance Sales Representative will educate prospective and existing clients on insurance products, including supplemental and life insurance options, and help them understand coverage, benefits, and costs. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, meeting with individuals and families, managing leads, and following up to close new business. The role involves providing attentive customer service, handling inquiries and policy questions, and supporting clients through enrollment and claims-related issues. The Insurance Sales Representative will also collaborate with local leadership, participate in training and sales meetings, and may assist in recruiting and mentoring new agents to build a high-performing team. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Insurance Sales and Sales skills, including prospecting, presenting, and closing. Candidates should possess knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage practices, products, and regulatory requirements. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, explain complex information clearly, and maintain long-term client relationships. Relevant skills such as strong communication and interpersonal abilities, goal orientation, and a high level of integrity and professionalism are beneficial. Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or consultative sales is preferred; applicable state insurance licensing or willingness to obtain a license is required.
